Leading companies and individuals involved in the treatment, processing or use of end of life tyres are set to have their efforts recognised by the industry for the first time. The inaugural Michelin Innovation Award will be presented at the Tyre Recovery Association's (TRA) annual dinner on Friday 9th July. The award will be presented to the company or person judged to have made the most significant innovation in this key area of the industry.

Companies wishing to be considered for the award are required to complete a brief entry form - download here.

Within the submission entrants must give a brief outline of their innovation, explain how it is new or different and provide results which demonstrate its success and impact.

The awards presentation will be the culmination of a day of activities for the tyre industry following the TIF Responsible Recycler Scheme workshop and the TRA annual forum to be held earlier in the day at the same venue in Solihull.
